Kurt stepped in when needed and helped pull my company out of a bind.  On day (3) out of (20) of our lean six sigma black belt training, our instructor walked out.  Kurt took over the training during our 2nd week, and not only salvaged the training, but greatly enhanced it.

Kurt has a wealth of knowledge and experience, which he is able to put to use serving clients from a variety of industries.  He is an excellent communicator and teacher, and he is able to drawn on his professional experience to clarify intricate concepts and help students understand how they can be applied.

Kurt’s interpersonal skills allow him to work with individuals at all levels of an organization.  He is able to bridge gaps, help others see new viewpoints, and unify the team.  I would recommend Kurt for anyone who is looking to enhance the skills of their human capital, develop the culture of their organization, or drive their business to the next level.

Kurt's persistent follow up and mentoring during my project development were key to finalization. His advice and counseling were invaluable. In my line of work it’s rare to work with someone who can give expert advice and direction immediately after being asked a direct question. I never had to wait for him to get back to me with an answer. Like I said, it’s rare.
