Ken is a Master Black Belt with 30 years of experience in Process Control and Continuous Improvement. Including leadership roles in Quality, Asset Management, Engineering, Lean Six Sigma, and ISO 9001/14000 Systems development.

Ken holds a BS in Chemistry from the University of Minnesota and a MA in Management from The College of St. Scholastica. He retired from the Army National Guard with the rank of Major.

His approach is to use common language, real world examples, and practical applications, to teach and communicate process improvement methods to people from all backgrounds.

Herb Robbins

Herb is a Certified Master Black Belt, Nadcap Lead Auditor, and Lean Expert who has held managerial positions in Engineering, Quality, and Operations in the Electronics Industry for over 35 years. As Director of Six Sigma, he led an Operational Excellence Program for the $250M Tyco Electronics Printed Circuit Group. Herb founded a consulting firm that provides Lean Six Sigma services to manufacturing, service and healthcare organizations.

Herb holds a BS in Business and Statistics from Charter Oak College in Connecticut and is a graduate of the Calhoon Marine Engineering School in Maryland. After serving 6 years as a Naval Reserve Officer, he was honorably discharged.

With LEAN2020, Herb developed online and live Lean Six Sigma training in 3 languages and has certified belts in 46 countries. Working in Healthcare, he created the HOSPITAL acronym which is used internationally to help individuals recall the 8 Wastes. The diversity of his background, skills and experience are his strengths, which has enabled him to have successful engagements with several Fortune 100 organizations.

Aidan is a Certified Master Black Belt in Six Sigma methodologies, Certified Project manager and Lean Expert who has held many senior roles spanning 25 years in Industry.  Aidan’s career spans telecommunications, automotive electronics, pharmaceuticals where he developed an extensive knowledge of global operations and supply chains.  In 2014 Aidan founded a consulting firm to look at the development of Lean Supply Chain management as a skillset for organizations, rethinking how reliable supply chains are designed and operated.

Aidan holds a MSc in Supply Chain Management and a primary degree in Design methods. Aidan has lectured in various colleges and institutions in Supply Chain and Operations management and continues to be a mentor to students annually, assisting them to prepare and develop their dissertations and transition from academia to a working environment.

David is a Certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and Certified Lean Leader with over 25 years of experience in engineering, manufacturing and design.  He has a wealth of experience leading, teaching and applying Lean and Six Sigma methodology.  He has led deployments in the Aerospace, Medical Device, Electronic, Mining, Chemical, Automotive, Pharmaceutical, and Healthcare industries. 

David holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Washington with advanced studies in vacuum operations and molecular transport.  He is a Certified Change Management Professional.  David is a service veteran and served as a US Army Ranger with the 2/75th Ranger Regiment.

In 2012 David founded StraTac LSS Consulting and has worked with clients in a variety of industries.  He has worked internationally for clients in Canada, France and Mexico where he teaches in the local language.   David has worked as a Director of Operational Excellence, Engineering Manager, Quality Manager, Process and Project Engineer and Production Supervisor. 

Chuck is a certified Master Black Belt, Lean Leader and Senior Member of ASQ with 40 years of Manufacturing and Quality experience in Fortune 500 companies, running product lines and leading Operational Excellence activities. He has spent the last 11 years as founder and Managing Director for Work Stream Consulting, serving various manufacturing, medical device and pharma clients in the US and Europe; Chuck brings a solid platform of firsthand experience in dealing with, manufacturing, outsourcing and supply chain issues.

Chuck has an undergraduate degree in the life sciences and has completed an MBA, at the University of Massachusetts, Isenberg School of Management in addition to being a certified Master Black Belt. The blend of this experience provides significant depth and understanding to many of the problems encountered by business today.

As a founder of Work Stream Consulting, he has been able to bring these skills into play with many diverse clients from Healthcare, Medical Device and Pharmacy to traditional Manufacturing situations. He has also worked with his client base to develop their own continuous improvement efforts, raised the bar on expectations, and returned a solid ROI for all project efforts undertaken using Lean Sigma methodologies.

Marco Bonilla, a certified Six Sigma Black Belt with new product development and operations excellence focus, is a Continuous Improvement & Process Innovation Consultant. Currently, he is a Lean Six Sigma Consultant (trainer and mentor) for Work Stream Consulting and is also an affiliate professor teaching marketing in the MBA@Denver online program.

Marco is an agent of change with over 22 years of analytical and statistical expertise in data-driven problem solving to improve process control and product quality. Before being a Consultant, Marco worked as a New Product Development Engineer and as a Continuous Improvement Engineer for a high-tech firm in the semiconductor industry. Marco is experienced in all phases of the Cradle-to-Grave life cycle, including new product development, engineering support, and sustainability. Led cross-functional teams and participated in localized and organization-wide improvement projects.

Marco holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and an MBA from Northeastern University (NU). He is a Six Sigma Certified Black Belt and is a former Corporal in the United States Marine Corps.

Gregory has global experience in Operational Excellence, Process Improvement & Control. Skills include cost reduction and effective problem solving to increase operating profit, compliance to industry standards as well as practical statistical data analysis. Expert at training and implementing process improvement and cost reduction methodologies.

Greg is experienced at introducing and optimizing lean operating system effectiveness across both transactional and manufacturing operations in industries ranging from light and heavy industrial through defense, aerospace and space programs. He is equally adept at hands-on implementation as well as training onsite company staff in both Six Sigma and Lean skill sets.​

Doug is a veteran Continuous Improvement (CI) expert with broad industry experience spanning various business sectors. Doug has worked in Health Care, Bio-Pharma, Semiconductor, Defense, Automotive, and Transportation.

As a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, some of Doug’s highlights include: Facilitated executive-level multi-year strategy planning in bio-pharma; Facilitated Global Quality Policy workshop for medical device manufacturer; Lead manufacturability assessments for supplier partnership initiatives; Drafted procurement specifications for multi-million-dollar capital equipment investments.

Doug has been an AS9100 and ISO9000 Site Representative. He is knowledgeable in cGMP, ISO13485 Quality Systems & ISO14971 Risk Management. Doug has also been an elections consultant for local, non-partisan municipal elections since 2012.

Doug holds a BS degree from the School of Engineering & Technology at California State University Los Angeles with a concentration in Industrial Controls.

Kurt helped deploy Lean Six Sigma at multiple Fortune 500 companies and provided training and services to a variety of industries such as fabricating, electronics, forest products and lumber, mining, aerospace, defense, food, automotive, power and distribution, and insurance to name a few. 


Skills include Lean / Six Sigma (Certified Master Black Belt), SPC, Measurement Systems, Root Cause Analysis, operational excellence / continuous improvement, data analytics and KPI development.
